Storytellers Medical Conference

Thank you Hackensack Meridian Health and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention for having me speak to this assembly of doctors, psychologists and school counselors at the 7th Annual Suicide Prevention Conference about the teen perspective on the issues and the dangers of cyberbullying. It was an eye-opening and humbling experience to be here with the New Jersey Association of Mental and Addiction Agencies, Attitudes in Reverse, Dr. Tom Smith and the amazing kids from HEAL. I loved the title “Story Tellers, It’s never too early to talk to children about Mental Health" because it is so simple and so true. Hopefully one day we will see a huge reduction in this problem through awareness and love.
